Bag of Full Moon 100% Kona Coffee French Roast whole bean in a coffee farm field on the Big Island

Anything you can think of concerning Kona Coffee you can do it at the 55th annual Kona Coffee Cultural Festival from November 6, 2026 to November 15th. The popular long-running event is a celebration of the historical and cultural significance of the native Kona crop.

There is coffee tasting, farm tours and farm experiences, markets, educational events, barista training, scholarship competition of awards and of course latte art classes. Plus on November 7th you can partake in the annal Holualoa Coffee and Art Stroll.So if you are a coffee lover you definitely need to check the events out. Of course it’s also fun for the whole family. The events usually has great weather and it’s a good place to pick up some great gifts for the holidays especially if you know any coffee lovers!

Coffee Festival button 2026

You can attend most events with the purchase of a Festival Button. Although some events and experiences may carry additional fees. Schedule is subject to change so make sure you double check as we get closer to the events.

It’s a brand New Year! Mark your calendar for some 2025 Big Island event dates so you can come help us celebrate!

The Ironman Championship will be held on October 11, 2025. This year the women will take their turn competing in Kona.

Coming up much faster is the:

Waimae Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival on February 1st

The Merrie Monarch Festival runs April 20-26

The Hawaii Kuauli Pacific and Asia Cultural Festival runs June 6-8th

& in my humble opinion the best festival of any festival anywhere:
