Can we check in early?

If you get in touch with us with as much time as you can we can make sure housekeeping has your place ready for you. Within a reasonable amount of time there’s no charge but that is on a time basis. We just need as much notice as possible to make this work if there are no other reservations. 

Do you have baby equipment (like high chairs etc.) in your places?

We do not but we do work with and recommend a local company that has been in business in Kona for Years: Aloha Kona Kids!

Do we need a car rental?

I would say yes. Now if you just want to stay in the downtown Kona area it’s possible with public transportation and there is a trolley but if you think that you may want to wander further a rental is needed. It also makes going and coming from the airport easier.

Do you provide toiletries?

We do provide single-use cruelty free sundries like soap and shampoo.

Is there Wi-Fi?

All of our places do have wi-fi. Passwords are provided on site and in the emailed check-in instructions.
