すべて込みのお見積もりは米ドルで表示され、以下を含みます：
- 日割りまたは週割りの基本レンタル料
- 予約料

チェックインとチェックアウトは何時ですか？
チェックインはハワイ標準時の午後4時（16時）。
チェックアウトは午前11時（HST）。
アーリーチェックイン、アーリーチェックアウトはありますか？
アーリーチェックイン/レイトチェックアウトは空室状況によりご希望に添えない場合がございます。ほとんどの場合、ご到着/ご出発の時間帯によって追加料金が発生します。午後6時以降のご出発をご希望の場合は、1日余分にご予約されることをお勧めします。ご到着／ご出発の48時間以内にお電話にてご連絡ください。
What items are items included in my condo?
個人所有の別荘やコンドミニアムを借りると、まるで誰かの家にお邪魔したような気分になります。この "我が家 "という感覚を引き立てるために、私たちは以下を提供します：
- ベッドリネン、バスタオル、ビーチタオル、キッチンタオル、食器、フラットウェア、調理器具、調理用具
- ヘアードライヤー、アイロン＆アイロン台
- コーヒーフィルター、食器用せっけん、食器洗い機用せっけん、紙製品（ペーパータオル、トイレットペーパー）、基本的な掃除用具など、よく使うもののスターター用品。
ご注意:滞在中のスターター用品の補充はございません。
予約時に全額の支払いが必要ですか？
90日以上前のご予約の場合、総費用の25%がご予約の確認に必要となります。残金はご到着の90日前までにお支払いください。コナ・バケーション・レンタルがご到着の90日前までに全額をお支払いいただけない場合、ご予約は返金なしでキャンセルとなることがあります。
90日未満のご予約の場合は、ご予約時に全額をお支払いいただきます。
キャンセルポリシーについて教えてください。
Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $200.00. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.

Yes, most of our properties provide beach necessities for your convenience. For a specific item or property, please text us and we will provide details.

Yes, extra housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional cost. Let us know your needs and we’ll be happy to arrange it.
