We loved staying here, everything was great! Comfy beds, close to beach and well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Soooo nice being close to white sand beach and the coffee window at Magics.

This home is absolutely fabulous! It is perfect for a large family traveling together. It is a very large home with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to prepare a meal. There are four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom which was really great. There are toys for using in the pool & lots of equipment for the beach...umbrella, chairs, masks, snorkels, fins. Everything you could possibly need. The pool is an added bonus with a million dollar view. My family had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. And last but not least, Kona Vacation Rentals is excellent in communicating with you. If you contact them with a question via e-mail they respond very quickly. This home is perfect for a fabulous Big Island vacation!

What a perfect spot for a family gathering. Place is well appointed we were able to have dinners inside and outside and it was an easy walk to marina and bay and short drive to a great beach park. Loved everything about the place. Air conditioning made it very comfortable and everyone having a private bathroom was a real plus. The view poolside can't be beat. Plenty of snorkeling gear to use. Lots of kitchen equipment for easy cooking. The housekeeper was amazingly helpful. Can't wait to go back.

The property, unit, parking area and location were all fantastic. Each room was perfect and the air was a nice reprieve from the hot air outside. The pool was perfect and was well maintained. The parking area was super close to the elevator. Finally, the location was perfect for anyone who likes to walk. Going in to town was an easy walk. Would definitely book this again!

The unit was fantastic. Very clean and very well equipped. The pool and grill area was amazing and always has room. Also the location of the property was perfect. Close to everything but removed enough to still be very quiet.

Perfect Hawaiian Homebase

Want to enjoy your coffee on a lanai overlooking the ocean (totally unobstructed)? How about seeing the most amazing sunset with a mai tai in hand? This, along with a cozy and modern interior is exactly what you'll be getting. The location is literally the best as you're on the main street of Kona, Ali'i Drive. The unit is across the street (literally) from Ali'i Market, a short drive to either town or Magic Sands. While we did go out an enjoy the island, we also liked picking up something to grill and enjoying the privacy and "magic" that the condo had to offer.
Dining out that we loved: Don the Beachcomber, Huggos on the Rocks, Lava Java, Broke da Mouth*, FishHopper (HH), Umekes*, Shaka Tacos, and a couple of AMAZING food trucks.
Adventures: visiting the nearby markets, Luau's, snorkeling (please read the signs and honor the island), hiking, beaches (green, black, and pink sands), and taking a trip over to Hilo to see the Volcano.
- We'll be booking our next trip at the same unit... we're already missing Hawaiian Sunsets
