Great home with amazing location and perfect amenities

This house was perfect for our stay. Loved that they had beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and ice chests for our use! Perfect location, walking distance to magic sands and close to elevators. The pool area was nice. The beds were super comfy. Had everything we needed. My only complaint was the doors in the condo. Staying with my 4 year old, I felt like you could hear everything through them since they weren’t real doors.

We loved staying here, everything was great! Comfy beds, close to beach and well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Soooo nice being close to white sand beach and the coffee window at Magics.

This space is unreal!!! Brand new all the way around! Very spacious and plenty of accommodations. The Host is amazing �� very responsive! You Must stay here. We will be back!!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at Kona Coast Resort. Our condo was right on the golf course. This condo was the most spacious one bedroom we have stayed at while visiting the islands. The kitchen was well stocked, from blenders to a rice cooker. The place was very clean and there wasn't any issues with bugs. As far as the interior goes, the cabinets in the unit were a bit outdated. If you want new, then this isn't for you. But if you want to relax and have a peaceful and quiet nights sleep, then I would recommend this condo. We did have a problem and ended up locked out of the unit, but the maintenance man from the resort called the owner to let them know. The owner contacted the management company to let them know and within an hour someone was there to let us in and gave us a key to use. We were very impressed with the response from everyone. It could have played out very differently. I highly recommend staying here. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

This is a great property and location to stay at when vacationing on the big Island of Hawai'i.
The suite is spacious, clean, and well stocked with almost everything you may need (i.e. furniture, small applicances, etc.
We did have one problem while we were there which was handled quickly, efficiently, and above expectations by the renters immediately after they were contacted.
Overall, I would rent this property again and highly recommend.

Wonderful place for a large family!

We reserved this house for 14 days and it was the perfect place! My in laws stayed the entire trip we stayed for 9 days and my BIL/SIL stayed for a week. One perk of this property is the very private layout for multiple families coming and going. The description states their are multiple bedroom/bathrooms. But it doesn't clearly explain that this is set up like a bed a breakfast with one bedroom/bathroom upstairs in the main house with the kitchen and sitting areas. Then outside in the courtyard are 3 separate almost hotel rooms with their own access to the pool and private bath. We have 4 kids and ended up having them stay in one room and it worked great, but they are younger and with them having to go thru the outdoor courtyard to find an adult in the night did take some getting use to.
For the view this house has an INCREDIBLE view! You are right on the ocean and can look down at the bay and the water is so clear you can see the fish swimming! We did the night snorkeling and was easily able to walk right to sea quest from the house which was awesome! Unfortunately we visited during the one week coral spawning that closes the largest and closest beach for our whole trip so the other beaches were terribly packed. It was super convenient to have the shopping center so near by! A full grocery store within 3 minutes. Overall this was an amazing place to stay and I would HIGHLY recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hale Moana. Everything about the property felt thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well cared for. The views alone were incredible, but it was the small details that really set this place apart—labeled drawers and cabinets made it easy to find everything, and the abundance of nightlights was such a practical and appreciated touch.
The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pantry was spacious and well-equipped with appliances, and there were plenty of extras for fun and relaxation—puzzles, games, pool toys, beach towels, and even snorkeling gear like masks, snorkels, fins, and boogie boards.
It truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This home is absolutely fabulous! It is perfect for a large family traveling together. It is a very large home with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to prepare a meal. There are four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom which was really great. There are toys for using in the pool & lots of equipment for the beach...umbrella, chairs, masks, snorkels, fins. Everything you could possibly need. The pool is an added bonus with a million dollar view. My family had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. And last but not least, Kona Vacation Rentals is excellent in communicating with you. If you contact them with a question via e-mail they respond very quickly. This home is perfect for a fabulous Big Island vacation!
