Great home with amazing location and perfect amenities

This house was perfect for our stay. Loved that they had beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and ice chests for our use! Perfect location, walking distance to magic sands and close to elevators. The pool area was nice. The beds were super comfy. Had everything we needed. My only complaint was the doors in the condo. Staying with my 4 year old, I felt like you could hear everything through them since they weren’t real doors.

We loved staying here, everything was great! Comfy beds, close to beach and well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Soooo nice being close to white sand beach and the coffee window at Magics.

My husband and I recently stayed at Kona Coast Resort. Our condo was right on the golf course. This condo was the most spacious one bedroom we have stayed at while visiting the islands. The kitchen was well stocked, from blenders to a rice cooker. The place was very clean and there wasn't any issues with bugs. As far as the interior goes, the cabinets in the unit were a bit outdated. If you want new, then this isn't for you. But if you want to relax and have a peaceful and quiet nights sleep, then I would recommend this condo. We did have a problem and ended up locked out of the unit, but the maintenance man from the resort called the owner to let them know. The owner contacted the management company to let them know and within an hour someone was there to let us in and gave us a key to use. We were very impressed with the response from everyone. It could have played out very differently. I highly recommend staying here. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

This is a great property and location to stay at when vacationing on the big Island of Hawai'i.
The suite is spacious, clean, and well stocked with almost everything you may need (i.e. furniture, small applicances, etc.
We did have one problem while we were there which was handled quickly, efficiently, and above expectations by the renters immediately after they were contacted.
Overall, I would rent this property again and highly recommend.

This home is absolutely fabulous! It is perfect for a large family traveling together. It is a very large home with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to prepare a meal. There are four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom which was really great. There are toys for using in the pool & lots of equipment for the beach...umbrella, chairs, masks, snorkels, fins. Everything you could possibly need. The pool is an added bonus with a million dollar view. My family had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. And last but not least, Kona Vacation Rentals is excellent in communicating with you. If you contact them with a question via e-mail they respond very quickly. This home is perfect for a fabulous Big Island vacation!

What a perfect spot for a family gathering. Place is well appointed we were able to have dinners inside and outside and it was an easy walk to marina and bay and short drive to a great beach park. Loved everything about the place. Air conditioning made it very comfortable and everyone having a private bathroom was a real plus. The view poolside can't be beat. Plenty of snorkeling gear to use. Lots of kitchen equipment for easy cooking. The housekeeper was amazingly helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Nice location, lovely big Lanai

Pro's: Easy access, great to have designated covered parking space in the parking garage. Plus an elevator so close to our parking space. Lovely big Lanai, a bathroom in both bedrooms, plus a 3rd bathroom for any visitors without having to go into the bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to Alii Dr with shops and Restaurants etc.
Con's: broken towel ring in one bathroom and broken ceiling fan in one bedroom. Messaged about the issues and was told they would be fixed and they never were. The Frig was leaking water and had to put a towel around the bottom of frig and leave it there to soak up the water. Never adressed either by the property when told about it. Not enough towels for 4 people. We only got 1 bath towel per person, 1 wash cloth per person, and only 1 hand towel per 2 people. And Only 2 pool towels between 4 people. I laundered our towels while there also because they smelled before we ever used them. Installing some towel bars in bathrooms would be nice, there was no where to hang towels but over the shower.
