We loved staying here, everything was great! Comfy beds, close to beach and well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Soooo nice being close to white sand beach and the coffee window at Magics.

This home is absolutely fabulous! It is perfect for a large family traveling together. It is a very large home with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to prepare a meal. There are four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom which was really great. There are toys for using in the pool & lots of equipment for the beach...umbrella, chairs, masks, snorkels, fins. Everything you could possibly need. The pool is an added bonus with a million dollar view. My family had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. And last but not least, Kona Vacation Rentals is excellent in communicating with you. If you contact them with a question via e-mail they respond very quickly. This home is perfect for a fabulous Big Island vacation!

What a perfect spot for a family gathering. Place is well appointed we were able to have dinners inside and outside and it was an easy walk to marina and bay and short drive to a great beach park. Loved everything about the place. Air conditioning made it very comfortable and everyone having a private bathroom was a real plus. The view poolside can't be beat. Plenty of snorkeling gear to use. Lots of kitchen equipment for easy cooking. The housekeeper was amazingly helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Our stay at the Kona Riviera Villas was wonderful. The grounds are well cared for. The pool area is clean and comfortable, right on the ocean. The surrounding gardens are tropical and lovely. The parking lot is convenient. Our unit had everything we needed. Except a blender for smoothies. We purchased and left one in the unit. We had a little trouble getting on Wi-Fi, due to my computer. We called for help; Craig took action quickly. Andrew arrived to hook us up right away, both a delight to talk with. The property is close to town we were able to jog in daily. There is a little market right across the street. We always felt safe and comfortable in our unit and on the grounds and in the town.

This condo checked all the boxes:
GREAT location, just a very short walk to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Kona Coast, and a short drive down into the main shopping area in Kona.
It was clean, safe, well stocked.
We were there during the Tsunami Warning and Craig was good at keeping in contact with us through that.
Water pressure was good (I've come to appreciate that).
Also, kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses and measuring cups, and all those things that some rental condos don't bother to include.
A/C were units in each bedroom and worked well in those rooms (though they were loud -only complaint).
I would definitely come back!
