Our stay at the Kona Riviera Villas was wonderful. The grounds are well cared for. The pool area is clean and comfortable, right on the ocean. The surrounding gardens are tropical and lovely. The parking lot is convenient. Our unit had everything we needed. Except a blender for smoothies. We purchased and left one in the unit. We had a little trouble getting on Wi-Fi, due to my computer. We called for help; Craig took action quickly. Andrew arrived to hook us up right away, both a delight to talk with. The property is close to town we were able to jog in daily. There is a little market right across the street. We always felt safe and comfortable in our unit and on the grounds and in the town.

The property was dissapointing - bed sheets on couch were dirt, bathroom sink doubling as kitchen sink was not convenient. Property could also use more kitchen equipment such as sharp knifes

Three nights in Kona

It was an okay experience staying in this particular property. It is a good but very basic place. Compared to my many experiences in the past, this place had minimal amenities. For example not even some tea bags or basic coffee was supplied.

Great location for snorkeling

Short term stay

Good location, clean, comfortable bed.
Only needed counter stools or some form of chairs to sit inside, other than on the bed. It was fine for the few days we needed.
